TechNova is a student-led organization aimed at creating a more gender-equitable future in technology. Our inaugural event is the University of Waterloo’s First Global Women+ in Tech Hackathon which aims to provide students with an end-to-end program to help accelerate their journeys in technology, wherever they might be.

Requirements

Projects must be in by Sunday Aug 29th, 2021 at 10AM EDT

  • Judging will be done asynchronously Sun Aug 29 @10AM - 6PM EDT
  • Teams will be expected to submit a 3 minute pitch/demo video
  • Any code/project started outside the hacking period starts will be not be allowed.
  • Only original submissions will be accepted (eg. You can't have submitted the hack to a previous hackathon).
  • You may only submit your hack to TechNova's Hack with Us 2021, not other hackathons occurring concurrently.
  • Fill out the Team confirmation form avalible in the Hacker package, #instructions action item #9 or pinned in #team-formations on Discord.
